1. Cancellation of Orders
When client place an order on our website, our team contacts client through a confirmation call to verify client order details.
- Before confirmation: If client do not confirm the order during the call, it will be automatically cancelled.
- After confirmation: Once client confirm client order and make the advance payment, client order enters the processing or production stage. At this point, no cancellation or changes are allowed since materials and logistics are already arranged.
- Refunds: After confirmation and processing, no refund will be issued as materials and logistics are already arranged.
We recommend reviewing client order carefully before confirmation to avoid any inconvenience.
