Delivery time depends on order size and customization. Standard products are usually delivered within a few working days, while custom office furniture may take up to 15 business days depending on design and production requirements.

Workspace provides office furniture delivery in Pakistan across all major cities and regions. Safe packaging and reliable logistics ensure secure delivery of all products.

Workspace accepts multiple payment methods, including bank transfer and cash on delivery where available. For office furniture orders, a 50% advance payment is required for deliveries in Lahore and Islamabad. For out of city orders, 100% advance payment is required before processing.

Workspace provides office furniture warranty in Pakistan with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.

Workspace allows exchanges only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery. Custom office furniture is not eligible for exchange unless a production fault is identified. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Our team will inspect the product and confirm whether it qualifies for exchange based on the issue reported. Orders can be cancelled before confirmation. Once the order is confirmed and advance payment is made, cancellations or changes are not possible as production begins.
